Prices are listed in EUR and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We accept the following payment methods: credit cards, bank transfers, Apple Pay. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order, which is confirmed once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to EU countries. Some locations may not be eligible for delivery due to logistical constraints.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed timelines. Delays due to customs, unforeseen events, or high demand periods may extend delivery times.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1 Return Eligibility

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving them, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
Certain items, such as already installed items and products that cannot be used again, are non-returnable unless defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@mudassault.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to us.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

3.3 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

3.4 Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Cancellation and Changes

You may cancel your order within 1 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service at info@mudassault.com. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating your address or adding/removing items, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Include photos and a description of the issue to expedite the process.
Upon confirmation, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

6. Limitation of Liability

MUDA OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our products or services.
Our liability for any claim related to a purchase on our Website is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
